I am a private chef and caterer with over 20 years experience, serving the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley communities., I am currently offering take-out food Thursday-Saturday 5pm-7pm at my commercial kitchen in Solvang, known as To Go at The Castle. Pick-up and delivery are available. The menu changes weekly, but has included Thai, Chinese, Indian, African, Comfort foods as well as my famous cheesecakes.
