Hello everyone,

We are seeing more and more markets adopt a curfew or a request for individuals to stay at home. These states or cities have referenced essential vs. non-essential businesses, and many have relied upon what the U.S. Department of Homeland Security defines as “essential”(e.g. Automotive repair). the parts we sell from, transmissions to differentials to transfer cases to engines, are needed to get a car back on the road safely. I’ve spoken to many who appreciate us remaining open so they can get vehicles repaired and back in possession of the vehicle owner. I can’t imagine not having a working Vehicle at this point in time.if people can’t operate their vehicles ,they can’t get to grocery stores,pharmacies,healthcare providers, etc.

As long as you – our customers are open and helping individuals with their vehicles, we plan to continue to operate and deliver the components needed to make such repairs. We appreciate the opportunity to continue to make a difference in the lives of consumers across the country, as we all do our best to navigate these challenging times.

We are continuing to practice social distancing at all our locations and know that you are as well. We all want to keep our employees and customers safe; to that end below is a proactive message. I think it checks many of the boxes consumers may be concerned with and I wanted to share with you all. Perhaps you too can take advantage of similar messaging like this individually or as an ad-pool perhaps?

While we will respect our staff’s needs, we will also wipe down the steering wheel,door handles and all other touched surfaces before returning your vehicle. if you would like we will offer free pick up and drop off services and touch-less interactions for those wishing to utilize our drop box and key check. Also we have the capability for phone approval and payment when appropriate or requested. Let us help you get those needed repairs while you’re off from work!’

We will be here to assist you with any emergency repairs/assisted towing/pick-up and drop off’s if needed. Hardships during these times will be considered in your repairs if it exceeds your cost of living.
