Welcome to Bless Your Heart Baking.  We are located in Historic Downtown Paso Robles and we offer a wide variety of gluten-free, mostly dairy free and vegan options. We have everything you need from sandwich breads, to muffins, cookies, and cupcakes. Let us create a custom cake for your next event! We realize how limited it can be with Celiac or other Gluten sensitivities and how difficult it is to find Gluten-free baked goods that are also Great tasting! We pride ourselves on creating recipes that will satisfy all taste buds. Share the love with your Gluten eating friends, our treats are so moist and yummy they won’t even notice the Gluten is missing. We offer Vegan goodies We prove that you don’t need eggs to make a cake rise or butter for a rich flavor, just a little experimentation and a lot of taste testing. We have perfected a handful of Vegan items on our menu that will have you guessing if they’re really Vegan (and yes, they are).

Cakes and sandwiches are available to order via take out. For pick-ups and special orders after 2:00pm, we have made arrangements with Paso Robles Health Foods, located at 1191 Creston Rd., #113, in Williams Plaza.
