Griffin Fitness Studio

Griffin Fitness is dedicated to brining our community together and keeping you active and healthy during these challenging times. We have adapted our training methods to introduce an online option of remotely training through Zoom. Current classes are Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8am. We are looking expand these offerings based on client needs. 
We are also offering online remote coaching and accountability check ins.
