As a local auto repair shop located one block away from the heart of downtown State Street, we as many other business around town have also felt the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security defines us as “essential” (e.g. Automotive Repair) so we will continue to operate during our normal business hours.
We understand how important it is to have a running vehicle during this time, especially to go out and attend medical appointments or pick up groceries and supplies ect.
We care a lot about the health and well being of our customers. Therefore, we take the precautions issued by the CDC very seriously. All of our Auto techs practice the procedures that the CDC recommends that we do. We disinfect and sanitize everything that is touched. Our techs not only wash their hands constantly, but use new gloves for every step they take to work on your vehicle. We make sure to wipe down and sanitize everything from the steering wheel to the seat covers, exterior and interior door handles, and everything to the center console.
We even offer pick-up and drop-off services to practice social distancing through appointment. We strongly believe in helping out local businesses within the community during times of crisis, especially when financial impact has currently hit the community as hard as it has. We have also felt the financial impact ourselves. To help, we offer different coupons and discounts. If you have a budget, we are willing to work with you and figure out the best course of action financially.
