Mulligans Cafe & BarS

Mulligan’s Cafe & Bar is located on the Santa Barbara Municipal Golf Course. The Golf Course is now open, and Mulligan’s is open to serve not only the golfers, but the general public for take out. We are offering a full menu of take out for food and beverages, including alcohol. We will be open daily from 9am-7pm.  We can deliver.
