During the Coronavirus Crisis Professional Home Inspection Services by John Ramsey is taking extra safety precautions.
John wears a mask, gloves and disposable booties during all inspections. This is for the protection of everyone involved in the homeinspection.
It is requested that buyers agents and sellers agents not attend the inspection. If someone absolutely must attend please keep a 6ft social distancing in place.
Contracts can be signed via email and payments made electronically with a Visa.
Additional Photos of Health and Safety Concerns are attached to all inspection reports.
A follow up conference call can be made to answer all questions about an inspection report.
